I'm a builder, interested in entrepreneurship, aiming to build products people actually need and desire by leveraging technology. I'd love to connect and journey alongside entrepreneurs — to create and scale businesses together.

Previously in the investment industry, I remain deeply interested in frameworks relating to business models, distribution, and strategy. That lens shapes how I think about product and growth.

The lenses I use to think about products, businesses, and decisions — shaped by thinkers like Charlie Munger, Peter Thiel, Clayton Christensen, and the builders who came before us.

Break every problem down to its fundamental truths, then rebuild from the ground up. Don't inherit assumptions — most constraints are borrowed, not real. The question isn't "how does everyone do this?" — it's "what's actually true here?"

After every decision, ask "and then what?" Most people optimise for immediate outcomes. The edge comes from thinking two or three steps ahead — anticipating consequences before they arrive.

A mediocre product with great distribution will beat a great product with no distribution every time. Most founders over-invest in building and under-invest in getting it to people. Distribution is the product.

People don't buy products. They hire them to do a job in their lives. Understand the job — the progress someone is trying to make — and you'll understand what to build, how to price it, and who to sell it to.

Instead of asking how to succeed, ask how to avoid failure. Think backwards. List everything that would guarantee the outcome you don't want — then don't do those things. Avoiding stupidity is easier than seeking brilliance.

A product becomes more valuable as more people use it. Network effects are the strongest moat in business. If you can build one, protect it. If you can't, find another defensible edge before you scale.

A tiny number of inputs produce the majority of outputs. One channel drives most users. One feature drives most retention. One decision changes the trajectory. Find it, then pour everything into it.

Small, consistent gains accumulate exponentially over time. The early gains look invisible. The later ones look miraculous. Most people quit in the middle — right before the curve bends. Play long games with long-term people.

The longer something has survived, the longer it is likely to survive. Ideas, books, and businesses that have stood the test of time carry more signal than what's trending this week. Seek the timeless over the novel.

Always build in a buffer. What can go wrong, will. In investing, in planning, in product timelines — assume you're wrong by 20% and plan accordingly. Survival is the prerequisite to everything else.
